How the calculation works

Actual task time is the time between start and finish, minus every excluded break. Both percentage allowances are calculated against the original duration. The final allowance is rounded once to the nearest second.

Dates and times are treated as local wall-clock values. A pause between days must be entered explicitly. Only recorded pauses are included in the permitted finish time.
